All meetings of the District Council are open to the Public unless there is anything confidential or 'exempt' information to be considered.
Full Council meetings are broadcast via the internet so anyone can watch the meetings as they progress or can catch up later.
Full Council and the committees produce forward agenda plans which detail the dates and times of meetings, plus the list of items expected to be presented at those meetings. Use the link 'Forward Agenda Plans' shown left.

There is limited visitor parking at the Council offices and is limited to 1 hour. Ample free public car parking is available nearby.
Meetings in the Council Chamber
The maximum capacity for meetings in the Council Chamber has been set by the Fire Officer and this will normally give a capacity for public attendance of 60 people.
For Planning Committee meetings, preference will be given to applicants, agents and registered speakers.
