IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR EXISTING HOME LINK MEMBERS
We will be asking all existing Home Link users to re-register for the service during February to ensure that the information we hold for you is up-to-date and accurate before we change our IT supplier. If you do not re-register between 1st - 28th February 2019 you will not be able to bid for properties when our new IT supplier takes over from April.
Sanctuary Housing will be contacting all existing Home Link members by email or letter with further information.
A link to the new housing application form will be displayed here as soon as it becomes available in February.
NEW HOME LINK APPLICANTS
If you wish to register as a new Home Link member, please wait for the new housing application form to become available in February. Due to the shortage of available social housing in the area, it is unlikely that you would be offered a property between now and the beginning of April, and if you register before the new application form is available, you will need to re-register using the new application form.
East Cambridgeshire District Council transferred its housing stock and the housing register to Hereward Housing (now known as Sanctuary Housing) in 1993.
Home-Link is a scheme offering more choice to housing register applicants across East Cambridgeshire and six neighbouring Authorities. Homelink incorporates the Council's housing register. Home-Link choice based lettings (CBL) offers greater flexibility for applicants allowing them to choose properties from across all authority areas.
If you want to apply for council or housing association homes you should do this through the Home link scheme.
